The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a way for high-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs to gain permanent residency in B.C.
Periodically, BC invites the highest scoring registrants in each category to apply to the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). They then nominate successful applicants to apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residence.

BC-PNP Skills Immigration
The Skills Immigration (SI) stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is for people with the skills, experience and qualifications needed by B.C. employers. If you would like to settle in B.C.
The SI stream can help you become a permanent resident.
This category has 5 subcategories:
Skilled Worker
Healthcare Professional
International Graduate
International post-graduate
Entry level and semi-skilled
To qualify for this category, you must:
have accepted a full-time, indeterminate job offer (a permanent job, or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer. The job must be in a National Occupational Classification (NOC) skilled occupation (Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B),
be qualified to perform the duties of the job,
have at least two (2) years of directly related work experience,
show you can support yourself and your dependents,
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada
for NOC skill level B occupations,
meet minimum language requirements,
have a wage offer in line with B.C. wage rates for the occupation,
International Post-Graduate.

BC-PNP Express Entry BC
The Express Entry BC (EEBC) stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) connects to the federal Express Entry system. It’s a faster way for eligible skilled workers to gain permanent residence in B.C.
There are 4 subcategories in this:
Skilled Worker
Healthcare Professional
International Graduate
International Post-Graduate
To qualify for these categories, you must:
have received an Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code from the IRCC Express Entry system. This shows you meet the minimum criteria for one of IRCC’s Express Entry programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program
Federal Skilled Trades Program
Canadian Experience Class

BC-PNP Entrepreneur Immigration
The Entrepreneur Immigration stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a path to immigrate to Canada and settle in B.C. for experienced entrepreneurs who can support innovation and economic growth in the province.
To qualify, you must:
have a personal net worth of at least CAD$600,000,
demonstrate business and/or management experience,
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada,
have been lawfully admitted in the country where you currently reside.
All applicants must pay the following fees:
$300 registration fee
$3,500 application fee
